Free Publication DownloadsThe Leadership Village Library's publications are freely available to you in four formats: on-line, as ebook downloads (exe), as PDF downloads (PDF), and as text-to-speech Podcasts (PC). To read a publication on-line, simply click on its title. The publication opens in a new window. If you click the TOC button on any page of the publication, its Table of Contents opens for your review. To download an ebook, click on the exe link following the publication's title. A download window opens. Save the ebook to your computer. Once the download finishes, click on the downloaded file and the ebook opens in your browser. It is helpful to click the TOC button to open the Table of Contents for the ebook to see what is included. To download the PDF version of a publication, click on the pdf link following the title. When the download completes, the publication opens for reading. If not, click on the downloaded file and the publication opens in the PDF reader on your computer. Like the on-line and ebook editions, the PDF edition has a Table of contents where you simply click the link to move to the specific sections in which you are interested. The Podcasts can be accessed by clicking on the PC link following the publication's title. The podcasts are narrated by Ryan, a synthetic, text-to-speech voice. You may use the link for each publication to download the full podcast to your Ipod or other podcast aggregator. Although Ryan speaks quite clearly, he does occasionally have difficulty pronouncing some words, including fairly common words at times. I suggest you stream one episode from a publication to your computer to see if you enjoy listening to Ryan before trying more episodes. The episodes for each podcast are numbered in the same order as the corresponding sections in the publication. They may not appear in your podcast aggregator in sequence. I suggest you consider listening in numeric order instead of in the order they appear in your podcast aggregator, if that is not sequential. Please enjoy reading! |
