002: What's up with you? Think about someone you don't get along with very well and consider taking personal responsibility for your side of the relationship. You do this by being interested in and valuing the other person's ideas, point of view, and activities. Listen to what the other person has to say, ask questions about what they've been doing, find out what's important to them, and remember what they've shared with you. You're making it easier for them to have a better relationship with you. Other strategies are tempting; but this one will best serve your interest in keeping to the high road.
