016: Why didn't you say something? Have you ever gone to a lot of time, bother, and effort to do something that didn't work, only to learn later that a co-worker or someone in your family knew you were going to do it and knew that it wouldn't work? An even more important question is, "Have you personally ever watched someone making a mistake but didn't say anything?" When asked, "Why didn't you say something?" saying, "It was none of my business," or "I figured you would ask if you wanted my two-cents-worth," won't cut it. Fellow travelers don't passively stand by and knowingly let each other screw things up on the high road.

Read On-Line || Free E-Books || Free PDF Downloads

The Leadership Village Library's publications are freely available to you in three formats: on-line, as ebook downloads, and as PDF downloads. To read a publication on-line, simply click on its title. The publication opens in a new window. If you click the TOC button on any page of the publication, its Table of Contents opens for your review.

To download an ebook, click on the .exe link following the publication's title. A download window opens. Save the ebook to your computer. Once the download finishes, click on the downloaded file and the ebook opens in your browser. It is helpful to click the TOC button to open the Table of Contents for the ebook to see what is included.

To download the PDF version of a publication, click on the .pdf link following the title. When the download completes, the publication opens for reading. If not, click on the downloaded file and the publication opens in the PDF reader on your computer. Like the on-line and ebook editions, the PDF edition has a Table of contents where you simply click the link to move to the specific sections in which you are interested.

Please enjoy reading!
