Services Agencies Should Be Offering:

·       Parenting classes

·       Hotline for reporting abuse and neglect and for providing information

·       Drug and alcohol counseling and rehabilitation, or at least referrals to agencies that provide these services. If a referral is made, then follow up. Did you make that call? Did you go to that place I referred you to?

·       Respite care

·       Mentoring for parents

·       Prevention services
